This is quite a heavy duty skipping ropes i must say. It helps to builds the shoulder, delts and arms strength. For speed training, I will not go for this.

I must say that I’m very satisfied with this rope. The looks of it are deceiving but yes it definitely gives your arms a great workout and is a must tool to have in your training arsenal. The weight is just about right and the product is one of quality. No complains.
